1. Our Services

We provide a secure online platform for motor carriers to:

• Apply for KYU Permits
• File Kentucky Weight Distance Tax returns
• Receive filing reminders and compliance notifications

We are a private third-party service provider and are not affiliated with any government agency. Our role is to simplify compliance with Kentucky Weight Distance Tax requirements.

2. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete company, vehicle, and payment information.
• Review all submitted information carefully before completing your application or filing.
• Ensure your Kentucky Weight Distance Tax filings are completed on time.

We are not responsible for delays, rejections, penalties, or additional fees resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the user.

3. Authorization to Act on Your Behalf

By signing and submitting any application or filing through this website, you authorize Carrier Compliance Group and its designated representatives to act on your behalf with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, solely for matters related to your Kentucky Weight Distance (KYU) account.

This authorization allows Carrier Compliance Group to:

• Prepare, submit, and manage your KYU Permit application or Kentucky Weight Distance Tax filing.
• Communicate with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet regarding your application, filing status, or required corrections.
• Receive information or correspondence necessary to complete your filing accurately.

This authorization is limited strictly to KYU Permit and Kentucky Weight Distance Tax services and does not extend to unrelated regulatory or tax matters.

You may revoke this authorization in writing at any time by contacting our support team. Revocation will not affect submissions already processed before the request is received.

4. Payments

• All payments must be made in full before your application or filing is submitted.
• Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers.
• We do not store credit or debit card information on our servers.

5. Refund Policy

All services provided by our company are non-refundable.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that our services include non-refundable research, document review, compliance verification, and processing work that begins immediately after payment is received.

Because time, labor, and compliance work begin upon purchase, refunds, chargebacks, or payment reversals will not be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind.
• Duplicate or accidental orders.
• Determination that the service is not required.
• Delays caused by missing, incomplete, or inaccurate information provided by the customer.
• Government processing delays or agency requirements beyond our control.

If you believe a payment was made in error, please contact our support team immediately. While refunds are generally unavailable, we may review the request to determine whether an alternative service adjustment is appropriate at our sole discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Government processing delays, system outages, or application rejections.
• Penalties, interest, or additional fees resulting from customer inaction or inaccurate information.
• Errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service purchased.

7. Communication & Consent

By providing your contact information, you consent to:

• Receive email and/or SMS reminders regarding Kentucky Weight Distance Tax filing deadlines and service updates.
• Be contacted regarding your application, filing, or other important compliance notifications.

You may opt out of non-essential reminders at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in our communications or by contacting us directly.

8. Policy Changes
